$3850/week (Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum)
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
FEES
Weekly rates does not include MA state and local taxes of 14.45%.
$500 refundable security deposit is required for stays of 7+ nights.
$230 professional cleaning fee.
RESTRICTIONS
Please note we do not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age.
Maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children and baby for portacrib.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside the property, including vaping.
Fireplace use is not allowed in summer months.
