Quiet Season November 2024- April 2025
$300/night (2 night minimum)
Spring 2025 Season May - June
$350/night (2 night minimum)
Summer Season 2025 June 16 - September 1st
$500 per night
$3500/week (Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum)
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
FEES
Rates do not include MA state and local taxes of 14.45%.
$500 refundable security deposit is required for stays of 7+ nights.
$230 professional cleaning fee.
RESTRICTIONS
Please note we do not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age.
Maximum occupancy is 7.
Pets are not allowed.
There is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or outside the property, including vaping.
Fireplace use is not allowed in summer months.
